Refund policy
In the event that your purchase arrives damaged or in less than perfect condition please notify us through email immediately providing your order number and corresponding photos.
xhaylesx offers a 7-day return policy on full-price products. The return window begins on the day your order is delivered to you. This will be reviewed and if the correct conditions are met a Returns & Refund approval will be granted.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings.
All sale items purchased are considered not eligible for a refund or return.
Postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
Returns must be posted within 7 days of approval.
If any of these conditions are not met we have the right to refuse the return.
Sadly, we're not able to offer exchanges on returned items. Once the items are returned you'll be issued a refund for the returned items. If you want to purchase these again (or any different items) you'll need to place a new order.
